IRS Pension Liaison Group
The MEBC sponsors a member to participate in the Northeast IRS Pension Liaison Group (the Group). The Group is made up of a variety of employee benefits experts and regulatory officials that meet on a regular basis. The Group is a forum for discussion of what is happening in the regulatory arena and those who attend are at the forefront of what is happening in the profession. Our delegate provides the minutes of the meetings to the board, and they are distributed electronically to all MEBC members.
