The Retirement Advisor position includes a competitive salary, quarterly individual bonus metrics, a quarterly team bonus based on the firms’ overall success as well as incentive commission for business development. NO quotas. NO cold calling.

The right candidate may be invited to join our Leadership Team or the partnership after five years.

Qualified candidates will:

·        Possess FINRA Series 6 or 7, and 65 securities license(s)

·        Have a Bachelors’ degree or higher in business, finance or related field

·        Have a minimum of 3 years’ industry experience

·        Be skilled at making best-interest investment and allocation recommendations

·        Be willing to work primarily from our Falmouth, ME office

·        Have exceptional written and verbal skills

·        Be highly organized, with attention to detail

·        Be curious

Preference will be given for candidates with relevant credentials/designations (CFA, CIMA, CFP, AIF, etc.).

We are seeking an individual who will work in the Southern Maine area. Position will involve periodic regional travel. There is schedule flexibility paired with the willingness to be responsive and flexible to meet client and KMA needs and deadlines.

The Human Resources Professional will deliver high quality advisory and administrative services to clients on a range of human resources (HR) issues, procedures, and policies consistent with employee best practices, legislation, and guidelines. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Offers strategic guidance and advice to clients on employment and HR issues

  • Provides ongoing operations and administrative support for day-to-day HR administrative needs for staffing, onboarding, benefits and compensation, and employee relations

  • Completes HR projects including HR Assessments, policies and employee handbooks, employee surveys, performance management programs, and others customized to clients

  • Delivers HR related training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organizational development, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Seven years of human resources generalist experience

  • HRCI or SHRM certification desired but not required

  • Able to function in a multi-task environment, as part of a team and alone on a broad variety of projects

  • Must possess integrity and a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues

  • MS Office suite proficiency

This position will focus on talent acquisition and delivery of high quality recruiting and consulting services for a variety of positions in different industries at all levels.

Responsibilities Include:

  •  Ensures the delivery of high-quality recruiting services to clients consistent with HR best  practices,  employment law, and technology

  • Provides guidance and strategies to identify and assist clients with hiring the best talent during all stages of the recruitment process

  • Is hands on to include writing job descriptions and postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiations.

  • Manages client communications and expectations in regard to recruiting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Seven years of recruiting experience

  • HR generalist experience, HRCI or SHRM certification desired but not required

  • Experience with job boards, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office suite proficiency required

  • Solid problem solving, business acumen, influencing, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office but also function effectively as part of a team

  • Excellent time and project management skills to establish priorities and meet deadlines

  • Able to function in a multi-task, fast paced environment and be flexible to changing work needs and priorities

  • Must possess integrity and high level of interpersonal and professional skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues
