To sign up for membership, please complete the information below and remit your dues to Maine Employee Benefits Council, P. O. Box 7641, Portland, ME 04112 or Pay Online using PayPal. Checks should be made payable to Maine Employee Benefits Council.

Corporate Membership Dues: $50.00 for the first member, $20.00 for each additional member from the same firm or employer. (Corporate memberships are transferable when the designated member leaves employment.) Please return one form with the names and addresses, etc. for all of the individuals participating in a corporate membership.
Individual Membership Dues: $50.00 per member. (Non-transferable)
